About Me

My Name is Tuvya (Tuvs) and as a joke by my friends many years ago, got the nickname of Tuvsday like the day of the week.. I studied a certificate in Graphic Design. But was always told to have a great eye and ability to capture a moment. Over the years, I took photos as a hobby until friends started paying me to upgrade my gear, this support shaped me into becoming the ‘family’ friendly, local Jewish photographer.

It was during a photography booking the family was singing Happy Birthday to the Mum. I immediately recorded the quick moment and made the family a video to remember the special milestone. I’ve been making highlight videos every since that accompany the events I’ve been so lucky to attend.

While it’s not always easy, I’ve learned to deal with unique and unplanned situation and get the best and meaningful outcome to my customers and the community. I believe that being a community photographer comes with a great honer and a privilege to always know somebody in the room and make others smile.

My Vision

Photos and capturing the moment should not be difficult. I really want to keep the quality of the photos/ Video as high as possible but also give a great and engaging experience.

Growing up in a family that photos were only taken at milestones, it’s only as we grew up and appreciated capturing when we all got together. It’s not typically a cheap exercise to get great professional photos. hence many avoid/ delay the expense.

However, I want to offer my services and work within your budget. I also thankfully get to be involved in other family events and share in the family celebrations. It’s the best feeling in the world.
